It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ann Fulcomer (Kensington, Ohio), who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis John and Viola Sybrant Rohlf; and her husband Rev. Charles Fulcomer.
