He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Waugh and Mary Waugh (Massie); his wife Donna Waugh (Benner); his children, Diane Kaurich-Birr (Donald) of Salem, Troy Waugh (Marie) of Minerva, Roger Waugh (Patti) of Navarre and Richard Waugh (Jennie) of Kensington; his sisters, Ferne Peterson of Wellsville, Wilma Lippincott of Dellroy, Evelyn Phillips of Minerva and Janice Phillips (Joseph) of Hurlock, MD; his sister-in-law Gwen Waugh of Kensington; his brothers, John Waugh Jr. and Gerald Dean Waugh; and his grandson Todd. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church or Crossroads Hospice.
