He was predeceased by: his father Ralph W. Millard. He is survived by: his mother Virginia M. Morrow; his sons, Kessler Dean Millard (Tessie) and Kyle Allen Millard (Kendra Keyes); his siblings, Penny Frame, Fred, Carl and Thomas Millard; and his grandchildren, Kessler Dean Millard II, Kamren Dylan Millard, Raylee Shea Millard, Owen Tate Millard, Zya Sarie Millard and Baby Ronny J Millard.
