He was predeceased by: his daughter Beth Ann Williams; his grandson John Coffman III; and his siblings, Dortha (Donald Gensler), Barbara (Maurice Ridenour) and Fred Coffman.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Kesling); his son John Coffman, Jr. (Lois); his grandchildren, Kacie Reed, Courtney Coffman, Matthew Williams and Wesley Coffman; and his great grandchild Colton Reed. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to cover funeral expenses.
