We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 90, Donna Jean Waugh of Kensington, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Benner and Pearl Benner (Sanor); her husband Roy Waugh; her daughter Diane Kaurich-Birr; her brother Dale Benner; her sons, Troy Waugh (Marie) of Minerva, Roger Waugh (Patti) of Navarre and Richard Waugh (Jennie) of Kensington; and her son-in-law Donald Birr of Salem. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
