She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd "Connie" Hillyer and Sarah Hillyer (Waugh); her husband Gene Underwood; her stepson Gary Underwood; and her siblings, Betty Hassler, Wilbert "Dutch" Waugh and Harley Hillyer.

She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Overholt (Mark) of East Rochester; her grandchildren, Karla Lane (Daniel) and Derek Overholt; and her great grandchildren, Malachi and Naomi Lane.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Carrollton Baptist Temple.
