He was predeceased by: his wife Molly Minshall (Newcomb); his parents, William Minshall and Frances Minshall; and his brother-in-law Brad Newcomb. He is survived by: his son William E. Minshall IV; his friend Rosalyn Ahner; and his brothers, Werner Minshall (Joan) and Peter Minshall (Suzanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
