He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman W. Shiley and Arvida Mary Shiley (McIntire); his son Chuck Meyers; and his siblings, Charles, Pete, Jim, Bill, Doyle Shiley, Esther Remsberg, Elsie Keller and Maggie Whitney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Harbaugh); his children, Ralph Jr. Shiley (Gina) of Ft. Seneca, Penny Moll of Osceola, Sharon Balldosser of Republic and Janet Craft of Attica; and his daughter-in-law Sue Meyers of Tennessee. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
