She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Decker and Beatrice Decker (Rensch); and her brother Daniel Decker. She is survived by: her former husband Ronald Watkins; her children, Doug Watkins (Lisa) of Fostoria and Debora Bostic (Eric) of Arcadia; her siblings, Tom "Mutt" Decker (Kim) of Yuma, Arizona, Rebecca Moyer of Ft. Seneca and Roberta "Bert" Shively of Yuma, Arizona; and her grandchildren, Zachary Kelley (Alex), Drew Bostic (Karlee), Joshua Kelley (Megan), MaKenzie Zesing (Ryan), Ethan Watkins and Ryleigh Bostic. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
