She was predeceased by: her cousin Courtney Lucille Miller; her grandfather Robert J. Lambert Sr.; her great-uncle Richard "Dick" Lambert; and her aunt Nancy J. Miles. She is survived by: her children, Skylar and Ethan; her close friends, Ashley Kim and Alison Shields; her mother Kimberly Hess; and her stepfather Roger Hess. She is also survived by her children plus several family members and friends.
