He was predeceased by: his father Rev. James Kelley Webb Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Brenda K. Webb Sr. (Ferguson) of Lima; his children, Joshua Webb (Christin) of Raleigh, NC, Brittany Webb of Carver, MA and Jessica Webb of Franklin, OH; his grandchildren, Brendon, Joseph, Savannah and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Dana Webb (Audrea) of Spring Hill, TN, Gina Haller (Timothy) of Lima, Lora Webb of Lima and Dickie McKeever. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.
