She is survived by: her husband Terry Wellington of Kansas; her son Robert Wellington (Nicole); her foster son Clark Boatman (Janice); her sisters, Sharon Barnett (Ellis) of Plymouth and Pat Saldausky (Daryl) of Reno; her nephew Clay Nye; and her niece Diana Hale.
