He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Carman of Canton; his sons, Mitchell D. Hailey of Findlay, Jeffrey D. Hailey (Alice) of Findlay and Christopher D. Hailey (Ann) of Bloomdale, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ryan Hailey (Lane) and Jennifer Minich (Tom); his stepgranddaughter Sara Spitler; and his sister Lela West of Fla. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
