He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Mack and Mary Mack (Hoehn); and his grandson Theo Strick. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Mack (David Gerdeman) of Ottawa and Sara Strick (Josh) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Ada, Wyatt, Isaac, Grayson and Emmett; and his siblings, Ron Mack (Patricia) of The Villages, FL, Karen Wagner (Rodney) of Ft. Jennings and Marilyn Birkemeier (Mike) of Columbus Grove.
