He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Gerdeman; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his father Donald Joseph Gerdeman; his wife Barbara Sue Gerdeman; his son Neal Gerdeman (Barbara); his stepsons, Todd Scheele and Tim Scheele; his brothers, James Gerdeman (Mary-Jo), David Gerdeman (Pam) and Alan Gerdeman (Ruth); his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Harter and Tyler Ackerman; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Christopher, Emma, Ellis and Penelope. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
