With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas J Recker of Kalida, Ohio, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Recker and Hilda Recker (Brinkman); and his sister Joyce Kahle. He is survived by: his wife Carol Unverferth; his children, Joe Recker (Lori) of Kalida, Shari Mock (Steve) of Kalida and Greg Recker (Amy) of Kalida; his grandchildren, Kyle Recker (Jess), Brandon Recker (Lauren), Jordan Basinger (Nikki), Nicole Horstman (Austin), Owen Recker, Morgan Mock, Neil Recker (Emily), Griffin Recker and Josh Recker; and his brother-in-law Carl Kahle of Kalida. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kalida Baseball Association Holy Name Ballpark.
