She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert A. Schmitz and Emma C. Schmitz (Recker); her husband Norbert Vennekotter; and her sisters, Norma Brown (Bernard), Helen Teders (Herbert) and Alice Schroeder (Ralph).
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Vennekotter (Joan) of Kalida, Bob Vennekotter (Pat) of Glandorf, Randy Vennekotter (Anita) of Brewster, N. Y., Roy Vennekotter (Betsy) of Mishawaka and Keith Vennekotter (Jennifer Jeffers) of Glandorf; her grandchildren, Mark Vennekotter (Joanna), Alan Vennekotter, Karen Krolak (Charlie), Kelly Colson (Brian), Eric Vennekotter (Erin), Sasha Grover (Lance), Nick Vennekotter (Gina Insalaco) and Shelby Vennekotter; her great grandchildren, Ella, Jackson Vennekotter, Caleb, Andrew, Kristen, Jonathan, Justin, Lauren Krolak, Tyler, Josie, Adelyn Colson, Calista, Jace and Aidrik Vennekotter; and her sister Jeannette Laudick (Richard).
In keeping with the social distancing guidelines, a visitation will be held 9:30 - 11:00 a. m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church prior to mass.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
