He is survived by: his wife Sonia Kuhlman; his stepson Dean Kuhlman (Julie) of Findlay; his sisters-in-law, Judi Kuhlman (Terry Phillips) and Mary Ann Smith (Chuck Newman) of Cloverdale; his nieces, Cassandra Smith (Brooke Tegenkamp) of Ottawa and Kyleigh Smith of Ottoville; his nephew Rosten Smith (Brianna) of Kalida; his stepgrandchildren, Conner Kuhlman of Columbus, Carson Kuhlman of Delphos and Bronson Wise of Findlay; his great-niece Oakley Smith; and his great-nephew Nolan Smith of Kalida, Ohio..
