Paul J. Recker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul J. Recker of Kalida, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Recker and Marcella Recker (Warnecke); his grandson Makenzie Recker; his great grandchild Kayley Recker; his sister Jeanette; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Maag, Don Schnipke, John Smith and Stephen Brinkman.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Vennekotter; his children, Renee of Kalida, Marc Kerner of Kalida, Ross of Kalida, Amy Recker (Vorst) of Kalida, Robb of Kalida and Jill Recker (Menke) of Kalida; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Casey Kerner (Wehri), Mason Kerner, Mariah Kerner, Evan, Katelyn Recker (Siebeneck), Conner Recker, Livia Recker, Camryn Recker and Cody Recker; his great grandchild Elijah Kerner; his siblings, Jim Recker (Diane), Dennis Recker (Marie), Joan Schnipke, Ruth Smith, Marge Hicks (Ken Gross), Mary Ann Fenbert (Leo) and Janice Siebeneck (Alfred); and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Maag, Clyde Vennekotter (Brenda), Kevin Vennekotter (Joan) and Joan Brinkman.
Memorial donations may be made to the Putnam County Habitat for Humanity, Kalida Park Foundation, St. Michael's improvement fund, or any of Paul's favorite charities.
