It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Leopold (Kalida, Ohio), born in Glandorf, Ohio, who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Schroeder and Theresa Schroeder (Schroeder); her husband William Leopold Jr.; her sister Eileen Kindle (Richard); and her sisters-in-law, Rose Mary Horstman (Art) and Jane Leopold.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Leopold III (Julia) of Kalida, Diane Merkle (Dan) of Columbus, Marie Hamilton (Jamie) of Kalida, Lois Kaufman (Larry) of Ottawa and Janet Warnecke (Dan) of Glandorf; her grandchildren, Brian Merkle (Megan McCormack), Allison Merkle, Chelsea Merkle, Russell Hamilton (Heather), Ryan Hamilton, Ross Hamilton, Amy Kaufman, David Kaufman (Megan), Emily Silber (Andrew), Molly Kaufman, Megan Warnecke, Matt Warnecke and Rachel Warnecke; and her great grandchildren, Mya, Meadow and Graham Hamilton.
