With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marian K. Verhoff of Kalida, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Schwertner and Alvera Schwertner (Recker); her husband Louis A. Verhoff; and her brothers-in-law, Milt Atkinson and Jim Denny.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Verhoff (Barbara) of Kalida, Gary Verhoff (Brenda) of Kalida, Tim Verhoff (Alexis) of Kalida and Sharon Thobe (Todd) of Plain City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tracey Culp (Jeremy), Melissa Barnhart (Justin), Joshua Verhoff (Urai), Travis Wilhelm (Suzhen), Lauren Dall (Jacob), Stephanie Karhoff (Matthew), Jeremy Verhoff (Sarah), Morgan Thobe, Shelly Verhoff, Kimberly Verhoff, Noah Verhoff, Alex Verhoff, Ryan Verhoff, Grace Verhoff and Olivia Verhoff; her great grandchildren, Austin, Ronald Culp, Natalie, Lela, Rory, Leroy Barnhart, Jackson, Clayton Dall, Henry, Madison Karhoff and Kylee Verhoff; and her sisters, Doris Rehmert (Bob) of Kettering and Joyce Atkinson of Highland Village, TX.. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
