She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Dale C; her children, Andrew Stefanek (Lori) of Van Wert and Natalie Cooper (Johnathan) of Ortonville, MI; her grandchildren, Charles, Alexandra and Lillian Stefanek; her great grandchild Noelle Stefanek; and her siblings, Dee Dee Schlagbaum (Don) of Ottoville, Linda Chartrand (Mike) of Lima, Ted Maag (Mary) of Danville, CA and Ken Maag (Susan) of Kalida.
