He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Unverferth and Gladys Unverferth (Pugh); and his brothers, Jim Unverferth and Mark Unverferth. He is survived by: his wife Kay Horstman; his children, Brett Unverferth (Meredith) of Kalida, Scott Unverferth (Sherry) of Kalida, Amy Unverferth of Kalida, Brian Unverferth (Carlie Snyder) of Columbus and Craig Unverferth (Stacey) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Tyler, Amanda, Madison, Rylee, Jenna, Whitney, Zach, Mallory, Adam and Ada; his brothers, Steve Unverferth (Linda) of Kalida, Jeff Unverferth (Debbie) of Sylvania, Larry Unverferth (Kathy) of Kalida, Dave Unverferth (Becky) of Kalida and Chad Unverferth (Chellie) of Kalida; and his sister-in-law Joni Unverferth of Kalida.
