We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2021, at the age of 94, Jerome Fortman of Kalida, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fortman and Eleanor Fortman (Bockrath); and his siblings, Louise Wehri, Margaret Knueven, Clete Fortman, Mary Miller, Mildred Fortman and Tom Fortman.
He is survived by: his spouse Armella Hedrick; his daughters, Ann Spriggs (Ray), Jane Studer (Tom) and Laura Schumacher (Rick); his grandchildren, Maria Spriggs (Nathan Roberts), Matthew Spriggs (Jodie), Adam Schumacher (Michelle), Brian Schumacher (Blaire) and Daniel Spriggs; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Clare, Carlee, Cora, Camryn and Holden; and his sister Dorothy Gasser.
