She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sarka and Myrtle Sarka (Combs); her siblings, Alfred Sarka, Earl Sarka (Mildred), Bertie Sarka and Pauline Sarka; and her nephew Daniel Sarka.
She is survived by: her nephews, Dave Sarka of Kalida and Scott Sarka (Kelly) of Cloverdale; and her niece Brianna Sarka (Brett DeSote).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Hospice.
