He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Horstman and Clara Horstman (Wehri); his siblings, Mary Horstman and Alvin Horstman; his siblings-in-law, Diana Horstman and Ken Heckman; and his nephew Brandon Horstman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Schnipke; his daughters, Alicia Gipson (Bryan) of Pittsburgh, PA, Andrea Winkle (Seth) of Gilbert, AZ and Ashley Peck (Larry) of Kalida; his grandchildren, Emma, Henry Gipson, Harrison Winkle, Makenna and Kylie Peck; and his siblings, Kenny Horstman of Ottawa, Christina Heckman of Glandorf, Julie Schroeder (Don) of Glandorf, Bill Horstman (Patti) of Kalida, Kathy Moening (Gary) of Glandorf, Dave Horstman (Julie) of Kalida, Melvin Horstman (Lois) of Kalida, Teresa Knueve (Greg) of Kalida and Barb Neidert (Dave) of Kalida. He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to the Four Seasons Park in Kalida, OH, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
