He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Wurth and Catherine Wurth (Schmitz); and his siblings, Joseph Wurth (Hollis), Carl Wurth (Betty), Peter Wurth, Louis Wurth (Mary Ann), Robert Wurth (Martha), Richard Wurth, Marie Langhals (Tony), Emma Hoersten (Edwin), Mildred Ellerbrock (Ben) and Nora Basinger (George).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Siebeneck; his daughters, Beth Webb (Kip) of Elida and Blyth Turnwald (Dennis) of Kalida; his grandchildren, Sarah Webb, Rachel Burkhart (Jay), Michael Turnwald (Sue), Emily Youngblood (Adam) and Elizabeth Turnwald; his brother Tom Wurth (Ruth) of Kalida; and his sister-in-law Edna Wurth of Kalida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Historical Society or a charity of the donor's choice. A special thanks to (PARK) Parkinson Activity Rehabilitation Klinic at Vancrest, Delphos for their support for the past 5 years.
