He is survived by: his children, Sandy Wurth (Chris) of Kalida, Shelly Gasser (Eric) of Findlay and Ryan Ellerbrock (Leeann) of Findlay; his grandchildren, Byron Wurth, Collin Wurth, Conner Wurth, Trinity Gasser, Damon Gasser, Giada Ellerbrock, Meika Ellerbrock and Oakley Ellerbrock; his siblings, Joann Otto (Gene) of Ottawa, Marilyn Sealts of Fort Jennings, Donald Ellerbrock (Janet) of Columbus Grove, Thomas Ellerbrock (Ruth) of Columbus Grove, Janice Golden (Sam) of Lima, Dennis Ellerbrock (Karen) of Kalida, Christine Horstman (Dennis) of Cloverdale, Jerry Ellerbrock of Kalida and Mike Ellerbrock (Barb Niese) of Kalida; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Ellerbrock of Columbus Grove.
