She is survived by: her daughter Melissa 'Missy' Hageman (John) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Nayleen Smart (Levi), Jake Hageman (Margarita), Elizabeth Gillum (Shawn), Donald Adkins and Melissa Browning; her great grandchildren, Amara Lynn Puckett, Jayden Basquez, Abigail, Ethan, Olivia, Michayla and Kai; her brother Rev. Edward G. Wallen (Margurite) of Wapakoneta; her son-in-law Ray Crump; and her stepsons, John Foust (Carla) of Lima, Harold Todd Foust, Jr. of Cridersville and Travis Foust of Wapakoneta.
