"Sam" Decker; her children, Denise Kreinbrink (Jeff) of Leipsic, Joe Decker (Dee) of Kalida and Dan Decker (Lisa) of Kalida; her grandchildren, Brooke Kleman (Dylan), Emily Clymer (Bryant), Logan Kreinbrink, Levi Kreinbrink, Cassidy Decker, Olivia Decker, Garrett Decker, Cody Decker, Alexis Erhart (Ryan) and Braden Decker; her great grandchildren, Molly Kleman and Isabella Erhart; her siblings, Larry Buss (Marie) of Kalida, Bob Buss (Joyce) of Kalida, Dorothy Kerner (Ron) of Kalida, Edie Carroll (Denny) of West Chester, Norma Vorst (Dennis) of Kalida, Kenny Buss (Sandy) of Kalida, Barb Steffan (Duane) of Kalida and Dave Buss (Shirley) of Kalida; and her sister-in-law Jo Buss of Kalida.
