He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Holtkamp and Mary Holtkamp (Stechschulte); and his sisters, Margaret Pizzurro (Holtkamp) and Esther Wenzel (Holtkamp). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
