With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edna R. Wurth of Kalida, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex J. Wiechart and Florence M. Wiechart (Horstman); her husband Richard T. Wurth; her son Richard "Rick" J. Wurth; her great grandchild Xavier Wurth; her siblings, Mary Catherine Kemper (Henry) and Norman Wiechart (Helen); and her in-laws, Joseph Wurth (Hollis), Marie Langhals (Tony), Carl Wurth (Betty), Peter Wurth, Emma Hoersten (Edwin), Mildred Ellerbrock (Ben), Louis Wurth (Mary Ann), Robert Wurth (Martha), Nora Basinger (George) and Eugene Wurth.
She is survived by: her children, Marge Kohls (Robert), Terry Dickman (Gene), Denise Wurth (Hans Schwaiger), Mark Wurth (Tammy Herman), Brenda Hermiller (Ken), Glen Wurth (Kelly Brinkman), Brian Wurth, Chris Wurth (Sandy Ellerbrock), Myra Fersch (Steve) and Gina Lopez-Wurth (Miguel Lopez Aguilar); her daughter-in-law Robin Wurth (Maag); her grandchildren, Ryan Kohls, Megan Bishop (Chris), Nathan Kohls (Jackie), Jennifer Kohls, Alex Wurth, Sarah Koch (Aaron), Rodney Dickman (Abbie), Kristy Krouse (Ryan), Will Davis (Sarah Donigian), Celia Schwaiger, Tresa Schwaiger, Anton Schwaiger, Allison Wurth, Kamryn Wurth, Nicole Schroeder (Eric), Samantha Knueven (Dylan), Catherine Hermiller, Jacob Hermiller, Alexis Gerding (Neil), Paige Dunn (Michael), Abby Wurth, Byron Wurth, Collin Wurth, Conner Wurth, Aden Fersch, Drew Fersch, Brady Fersch, Sophia Fersch, Yessika Ferman (Jose), Gabriel Lopez-Wurth and Adelina Lopez-Wurth; her brother Thomas Wurth (Ruth); her sister-in-law Joyce Wurth; and her pet Ringo. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home - Jackson Twp (16085 OH-634, Fort Jennings, OH 45844). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (Broad St, Kalida, OH 45853).
