He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McCollum and Donna McCollum (Shirey). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fortman; his sons, Dean McCollum (Dana) of Pittsburgh, PA., Doug McCollum (Rachel) of Hartland, MI. and Jason McCollum (Lindsey Garabrandt) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Hayden, Shane McCollum, Brooklyn and Brendan Garabrandt; his siblings, Linda Schimmoeller (Dave) of Kalida, Roger McCollum (Mac) of Kalida and Chuck McCollum of Kalida; and his siblings-in-law, Bev Wolke (Bob), Pat Nathanson (Steve), Mike Fortman (Jane) and Ron Fortman (Deb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
