It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis A. Maag of Kalida, Ohio, born in Columbus Grove, Ohio, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Maag and Philomena Maag (Feldman); his siblings, Harold Maag, Omar Maag (Viola), Danny Maag (Jennie), James Maag, Carl Maag (Rita), Urban Maag (Rosie), Gene Maag (Shirley), Evelyn Wannemacher (Harold), Catherine Deters (Harold), Mildred Roof (Wilbur) and Marcia Kuhlman (James); and his sister-in-law Karen Maag.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Holtkamp; his children, Debra Unverferth (Jeff) of Sylvania, Doug Maag (Justine) of Dublin, Dean Maag (Lisa) of Cloverdale and Danielle Beveridge (Mike) of Sylvania; his grandchildren, Sonny Unverferth (Chelsey), Lauren Unverferth, Rachael Unverferth, Sydney Unverferth, Jameson Maag (Heather), Benjamin Maag, Sean Maag, Henry Maag, Addie Beveridge, Lainey Beveridge and Austin Beveridge; his great grandchildren, Hadlee, Graham and Lucas Maag; and his brother Leroy Maag.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
