He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Niese; his sons, Dale Vorst (Karen) of Kalida and Joe Vorst (Char Elling) of Ft; his son-in-law Dwayne Ketcham of Kalida; his grandchildren, Jacob Vorst, Mindy Stewart (Eric), Danielle Westrick (Michael) and Brandon Vorst; his stepgrandchildren, Justin Ketcham and David Ketcham; his great grandchildren, Dominic Vorst, Bristol Vorst, Alexis Westrick and Alaina Westrick; his siblings, Elaine Schroeder of Columbus Grove and Tom Vorst of Cloverdale; and his sister-in-law Mildred Vorst of Kalida.
