It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Tanner Spears-Hill of Junction City, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 23, on June 16, 2021. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gaynell Dozer; and also, Jerry Spohn, Christopher Hill and Timmy Randolph. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Hill (Amy) and Shiela Spears; his siblings, Rachel Young (Jamie), Derrick Hill, Jordan Coffman and Ashley Spears-Hill; his close friend Jordyn Binkley; his grandparents, Bob, Pat Hill, Anna Spears and Tom Shafer; and also Dominic Spohn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

While we couldn't save Tanner's life, he was able to save four lives thru organ donation.
