He is survived by: his wife Marcy Hazlett; his stepchildren, Tera Woods (Brian), Rodney Hazlett, Jr., Christina Hazlett, Robert Hazlett (Mariah), Amberly Norman (Randall), Matt Davis (Shaka) and Michael Davis; his grandchildren, Jasper Hazlett, Kinsley, Colton Jones, Everly Hazlett, Bentlee Davis and Maria Teal; his siblings, Paul Hazlett Jr. (Mary), Rob Hazlett (Walt) and Kimberly McCutcheon (William); his father Paul Hazlett, Sr.; his brothers-in-law, Paul Fisher and Steven Fisher (Sandie); his parents-in-law, Paul Fisher (Virginia) and Darlene Fisher; and his grandchildren, Ayla Rae Hazlett, Matthew Davis, Jr. and Rodney. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
