She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Saffell and Augusta Saffell (Williams). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lentz (Tim), Kevin Sweeney (Judy), Kim Stevenson (Randi), Kelly Kunkler (Dave), Kristi Wollenberg (Tim) and Kayla Kunkler (Ed); her sister-in-law Margie Saffell; her cousin Connie Hatem; her husband James "Don" Sweeney; her brothers, Ralph, Bert Jr. and James Saffell; her granddaughters, Christen Dawn Kunkler and Lindsey Koonts; and her caregiver Becky of FairHope Hospice. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
