He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Louise Bell (Young); his daughter Donna; his grandchildren, Bethany Salyards (Caleb), Randy Neville Jr. (Katelyn) and Wesley Neville (Lindsay); his great grandchildren, Cole, Connor, Clarissa, Mariah and Christina; and his siblings, Donald Bell and Betty Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
