He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie King and Annie Lulu Steen King; his daughter Debbie Sue King (Dan); and his siblings, Sam, Rachel Grace, Ruth, Becky and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ramsey King; his children, Kathleen King (Bruce), Heather King and Joseph King, Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael, Brittany, Brandon, Nicholas, Matthew (Jessica), Jessie, Katie, Danielle, Zach, Zoey, Hunter, Bradley, Noah and Nevaeh; and his sister-in-law Patricia Hardcastle. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
