He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Allen. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Holton and Taylor Maynard; his aunts and uncles, Dana Hook (Paul), Stephanie Parsley, Melissa Parsley (Glenn Stepp), Paula Prime, Dava Roberts (Aaron), Devin Persall, Chris Holton, Christopher and Sara Holton; his grandparents, David, Shirley Maynard, Barrian Holton and Virginia Starkey; his aunts, Lisa Mills and Stephanie Head; and his close friends, Araya and Oakley.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
