She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Poling and Helen Auker Poling; her former husband John Bush; her husband Charles Stemen; her siblings, Ike Poling (Marjorie), Don Poling, Frank Poling and Eileen Clark (Harry); and her parents-in-law, Elmer and Ann Bush.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Wells (Roger) and Lisa Spohn Wilfing (Tim); her grandchildren, Nathan Wells (Lea Ann), Joshua Spohn (Courtney), Cory Wells and Jason Spohn; her great grandchildren, Kai, Cooper, Carter, Owen and Aubrey; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Crist (Wilma Gordon). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
