He was predeceased by: his father Carl Perkins; his wife Helen Perkins (Canaday); his stepchildren, Steve Moats and Susie Moats; and his sisters, Mary Glen, Virginia, Amy and Carol.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Davis, Clint Perkins (Elizabeth), Stephanie Stephens (Eric) and Stuart Moats (Kerry); his grandchildren, Kameron Davis, Kaylee Perkins, Michael Perkins, Brian Stephens (Christina), Madison Russell (Evan), Sarah Priest (Jonathan) and Rachel Moats; and his pet Kobe. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
