She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jay" R. Slack; her parents, Jean Starr McClure and Larry Dean McClure; her father-in-law Ithel D. "Buck" Slack; and her aunts, Marjorie Starr and Marie McClure Chesser.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Sara E. Ryan Slack; her siblings-in-law, Amanda Bruckelmeyer (Aaron), Julie Tuthill (Shawn), Sara Haley (Kris) and Randall Slack (Melissa); her cousin Tina Heatley (Mark); and her aunt Kathryn McClure. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
