He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lynn Johnson; and his mother-in-law Bunny Belville. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Johnson; his sons, Nicholas Johnson (Jessica Burge) and Kyle Johnson (Trisha Denniston); his father Donald E. Johnson; his father-in-law Ralph Belville; his sister Angela Bryant (Tim); his brothers-in-law, Stan Belville (Christy) and Shawn Belville; and his friend Robert "Bobby" Stevens.
