She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James H. Boggs and Olive G. Boggs (Dillow); her husband Phillip R. Tackett Sr.; and her siblings, Ronnie, Jim Boggs and Phyllis Strand.

She is survived by: her sons, Rocky (Jenafer Tackett) of Johnstown and Randy Tackett of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Taylor, Haley, Logan, Jasmine, Abby, Maddy, Cassy and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, Leland and River; and her siblings, Fay Brooks, Wilma Stephans, Bernie Boggs (Debbie) and Tim Boggs (Linda).
