She was predeceased by: her daughter Diane Marie Valley; her great grandchild Grayson Boley; and her sisters, Joyce Dickerson and Nancy Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Dale James Valley, Laurie Ann Boley (John) and Kim Cortright (Paul); her sister Deborah Somdahl; her grandchildren, Joshua Boley (Paige), Savannah Malone (Josh) and Rachael Cortright; and her great grandchild Jonathan Steven Boley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Patricia to the Licking County Human Society or to the Carol Strawn Center.
