She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Marcum and Essie Marcum (Perry); her husband Marvin Elkins; and her siblings, Louellen Marcum, Karen Keyser and Lark Marcum.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Elkins (Linda) and Lisa Peterman (Randy); her grandchildren, Matthew Elkins, Gretchen Willey (Jason), Lauren Frentsos (Zach), Cody Peterman and Austin Peterman; her great grandchildren, Cain Willey, Isaac Willey and Nicholas Peterman; her siblings, Irene Runyon, Barbara Woodall, Myrtle Blagg, Joe Marcum (Maxine), Jim Marcum and Walter Marcum Jr. (Linda); and her brother-in-law Wayne Keyser. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to the St. Ann's Hospice - envelopes will be available at the graveside service.
