He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Riggs (Bowen). He is survived by: his father Joseph Riggs Sr. (Shelley) of Nashport; his wife Marcella Rupp Riggs; his children, Derek Riggs (Brittany) of East Fultonham and Heather Mohler (Chris) of Crooksville; his stepsons, Travis Rupp (Soozie) of Chesapeake, VA. and Spencer Rupp of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Joey Riggs (Becky) of Illinois, Jill Williams of New Lexington, Lori Halsey (Mike) of Crooksville and Kelly Kennedy (Tim) of Crooksville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
