She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Phillips and Betty Phillips (Hornsby); and her brother Dennis Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Sparks (Russell), Jennifer Musgrave (Tim Conley) and Tammy Sayre (Bruce); her brother Frank Phillips (Sandy); her sister-in-law Chris Phillips; and her grandchildren, Ryan (Jordan), Reece, Rylee, Daniel, Jorgia, Shyann (Brooke) and Ashley.
